County General Plan 2030 Lawsuit - Actions to Settle

Richard Harriman, BEC attorney to the Butte County General Plan 2030 lawsuit, asked the Board of Supervisor's attorney Bruce Alpert to relay BEC's one-page paper "Actions to Settle" (download here) and BEC's request for an early settlement of the lawsuit to the Board of Supervisors for their consideration. BEC urges the Board of Supervisors to direct their professional staff to fix the problems in the General Plan 2030 now, which would save taxpayer money and eliminate a lengthy trial process.
